It is also an effective pose for your abdomen that helps to improve your digestive system. All you have to do is lie down on your stomach, bend your knees, and hold your ankles with your palms. Hold it tight, and now try to keep it as tight as you can and lift it slowly up to a certain height.

  • It Helps increase the blood circulation of your body.
  • It helps improve and adjust the body posture.
  • It allows you to manage diabetes, chest ailments, and digestive ailments. 

 

Shalabasana:

Shalabasana is another great yoga that can help increase your immunity and has multiple benefits. It is also called locust pose because, in this type of yoga, you have to prepare your body to look like the locust. Lie down flat on your stomach, stretch your arms, keep your knees and feet together, and now inhale and lift your arms and legs. Lift your head, raising your chest off the floor as much as possible, and hold it for a few seconds.

  • It helps strengthens the lower back, pelvic organs, legs, hip joints, and arms.
  • It alleviates diseases of the conditions of the stomach and the bowels.

Vrikshasana, or the tree pose, is another best Yogasana that you can adopt to enhance your immune system. It is good yoga for balance as well as for enhanced immunity. It will provide you with calm and serenity. 

It is one of the standing poses in Hatha yoga known for its stability that calms and relaxes the central nervous system, which can help stretch the entire body. It helps open the legs and hips and improves neuromuscular coordination and endurance.

  • It also supports your body by providing pelvic stability.

 

Tadasana: 

Tadasana is also the mountain pose that centres your mind and body and creates inner peace. It helps maintain body alignment, which is strong, steady and centred in the mountain pose to improve balance and posture. It can help other yoga poses as well as your daily movements. You must stand with your feet, keep your back straight, bring your palms together to interlock them, and lift your arms facing outwards. Look up and gently drop your head back on your shoulders.
