One of the best and most suggested asanas for immunity is Dhaurasana. It acts as an ideal stress buster to help the flow of the white blood cell into your body, which makes your immunity levels peak. It is also an effective pose for your abdomen that helps to improve your digestive system. All you have to do is lie down on your stomach, bend your knees, and hold your ankles with your palms. Hold it tight, and now try to keep it as tight as you can and lift it slowly up to a certain height.

  • It Helps increase the blood circulation of your body.
  • It helps improve and adjust the body posture.
  • It allows you to manage diabetes, chest ailments, and digestive ailments. 



Shalabasana is another great yoga that can help increase your immunity and has multiple benefits. It is also called locust pose because, in this type of yoga, you have to prepare your body to look like the locust. Lie down flat on your stomach, stretch your arms, keep your knees and feet together, and now inhale and lift your arms and legs. Lift your head, raising your chest off the floor as much as possible, and hold it for a few seconds. 


Benefits of Shalabasana:

  • It helps strengthens the lower back, pelvic organs, legs, hip joints, and arms.
  • It alleviates diseases of the conditions of the stomach and the bowels.
  • It also helps relieve backache, mild sciatica, and slipped discs. 



Vrikshasana, or the tree pose, is another best Yogasana that you can adopt to enhance your immune system. It is good yoga for balance as well as for enhanced immunity. It will provide you with calm and serenity. 

It is one of the standing poses in Hatha yoga known for its stability that calms and relaxes the central nervous system, which can help stretch the entire body. It helps open the legs and hips and improves neuromuscular coordination and endurance.

Tadasana is also the mountain pose that centres your mind and body and creates inner peace. You must stand with your feet, keep your back straight, bring your palms together to interlock them, and lift your arms facing outwards. Look up and gently drop your head back on your shoulders.
