Dr. ABIRAMI P B

kizhi At Tatva Ayurved, we believe that the heart of healing lies in the compassion, curiosity, and dedication of our doctors. Dr. Abirami P B embodies all three. A BAMS graduate from PNNM Ayurveda Medical College, Dr. Abirami brings with her a thoughtful blend of classical Ayurvedic knowledge and a deep interest in modern scientific understanding of health. Her approach to patient care is simple yet powerful — listen carefully, understand the whole person, and treat the root cause rather than just the symptoms. Dr. Abirami is passionate about practicing Ayurveda in its truest form. She believes that every patient is unique, and that healing happens when the body, mind, and lifestyle are addressed together. Her clinical training across several government Ayurvedic institutions — including Government Ayurveda District Hospital Valavannur, Government Ayurveda Hospital Nochad, and Government Ayurveda Dispensary Pananchery — has given her valuable hands-on experience in managing a wide range of health conditions and understanding diverse patient needs. Patients often appreciate her calm approach, patience, and ability to clearly explain health conditions and treatment plans. She believes that when patients understand their health better, they become active partners in their own healing journey. One of Dr. Abirami’s special interests lies in exploring Ayurvedic approaches for cognitive health and neurodegenerative disorders. She is deeply curious about how traditional Ayurvedic wisdom can contribute to the prevention and management of conditions that affect the brain and nervous system. Her academic projects, including studies on ocular manifestations of systemic diseases and therapeutic exercise approaches, reflect her interest in understanding how different systems of the body are interconnected. Dr. Abirami’s clinical strengths include: careful patient assessment, detailed case documentation, clear communication and counseling, organized and structured treatment planning and a patient and empathetic bedside manner. She is fluent in Malayalam and English, speaks Tamil comfortably, and has a basic understanding of Hindi, allowing her to connect with patients from different backgrounds. For Dr. Abirami, Ayurveda is not just about medicines or treatments — it is about restoring balance in everyday life. She believes that healing happens when patients are supported with the right therapies, the right diet, and the right lifestyle guidance. Her goal is always to help patients rediscover their natural state of health and vitality through gentle, sustainable Ayurvedic care. At Tatva Ayurved, Dr. Abirami is committed to continuing her journey of learning, practicing ethically, and helping patients experience the true depth of Ayurvedic healing.
